Luxology Return Policy:

Luxology permits only the return of unopened products due to a Luxology shipping or order processing error. All other sales are final.

If you have received an incorrect product due to a Luxology shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:

Please contact Luxology customer service to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). An RMA request must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product in accordance with Luxology's return policy.

If the RMA is approved, the service representative will issue you a RMA Number and provide you with information on how to return the product to Luxology at:

In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned unopened to Luxology within 15 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be in the original, unmarked packaging including manuals, documentation, CD(s) and/or DVD(s).

Note:

Luxology recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking, and not insure or declare full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping.

To ensure that your refund isn't delayed, make sure that your RMA number, name, and address appear on the returned package.

Luxology does not refund shipping charges.

If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, outside of the above categories, please contact Customer Service at the phone number or email address listed above.

Amount of time to process orders:

Usually ships in 2-3 business days, not including weekends.

Method of shipping:

Luxology ships using UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping not available for Saturday delivery. UPS Ground is only available for US contiguous 48 states. If UPS is unable to complete delivery of a package, a notice will be left at the consignee's address stating that delivery has been attempted. Thereafter, a second and, if necessary, a third attempt to deliver the package will be made without additional charge.

For all International (non US) orders:

Any and all international duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, or similar amounts of any kind relating to orders placed through the Luxology website are the sole and absolute responsibility of the customer.

Coupons & Promotions

Coupon codes may only be used once per account, and must be redeemed on our website when you place your order.  Only one discount code may be applied per order.  Coupon codes are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.  Promotional coupon codes are valid for a limited time only.

Pre-Orders

Once your order is processed the product will be made available for immediate download from your user account page. While we shudder at the notion that we should even have to mention  it, of course we will NOT charge your credit card until your pre-order is available and has been attached to your account.
