»  Who is using modo?
To some, making and manipulating images, masks and items in the Shadertree of modo is a mystery. So we asked our own Ryan Drue to lead the modo community through three different projects while focusing on how to use this critically important feature in modo. Wes McDermott got a head start on this book as a beta tester for modo 401. The resulting book, “Real World modo” is completely up-to-date and is written in a pragmatic, no-nonsense way for people who need to “get it done.” If you are new to modo or want to pick up some nice tips, this is the book for you.

“modo’s evolution has been fascinating to observe these past five years. Each release has unveiled significant new features that lock into place. While many of the features have existed for years in other 3D applications, Luxology’s deliberate and mindful rethinking of these features gives modo a fresh and unique approach to 3D.”
